CNSI facilities consist of office facilities (workspace and ICT / WiFi), meeting rooms, laboratories and a mesocosm facility with running sea water.

In Lower Town close to the harbour, CNSI provides an outdoor area with filtered and unfiltered running sea water outlets for experimental set-up.
