Services and facilities provided by CNSI may be used by people and knowledge communities from all over the world that work on issues relevant to sustainable development of the Caribbean region. CNSI charges user fees to uphold, maintain and develop its services and facilities.

Fees are negotiable or may be paid for in kind if users actively contribute to the building of CNSI infrastructure, e.g. by granting equipment.

The fees listed here apply to users of knowledge institutions according to the definition in the Caribbean Research programme of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). For other non-commercial use CNSI charges an additional 25% for indirect costs. Commercial and consultancy use fees are 200% and 216% of the listed fees, respectively.
